ARETGroup LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an internship focused on sales development. This Sales Development Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) product management and coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with our product management team to assist in prospecting ideal buyers, developing processing for improved outreach services, and coordination of early stage pipeline for our innovative SaaS solutions for public and nonprofit organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Product Discovery:
- Collaborate with product founders and ARETGroup Team leadership to gather client discovery data.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement and provide summaries/presentations of recommendations.
Coordinate and Assist with Prospecting and Sales Development:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in areas such as marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product introductions and adoption.
- Meet competitive weekly client outreach goals.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the creation of (effective social media content that attracts key stakeholders and ideal buyers to ARETGroup).
- Contribute to the strategic operations planning for social media and buyer influence.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS products, technology trends, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
