Description: We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a secure, professional testing environment. As a Testing Center Proctor/Business Development Intern, you will help oversee exam sessions, enforce test protocols, and support examinees—while developing valuable skills in attention to detail, customer service, ethics, and administrative compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate check-in and ID verification
- Help enforce exam procedures and maintain security
- Monitor examinees during test sessions
- Report and document any exam irregularities
- Assist with setting up and troubleshooting testing workstations
- Support staff in upholding procedures from national testing providers
- Help maintain a professional, quiet testing environment
- Responsible for delivering secure, accurate, and professional biometric and identity verification services
- Assist in the development of an in-person, court-ordered Defensive Driving Clinic
Qualifications:
- Current college student (any major welcome, fields such as Education, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Business, or related areas align especially well)
- Detail-oriented organizational skills, empathy, and strong ethical
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn testing platforms
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Comfortable using biometric hardware.
- Dependable and punctual
- Must pass a background check

Tazewell Test Center
Tazelwell Test Center is a professional testing facility based in Tazelwell, VA, offering secure exam administration, biometric services, and compliance support for employment and licensing.
iQuasar LLC, as the staffing agency for the Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP) internship program, will handle the scheduling of interviews and onboarding processes. As part of this process, interns will be placed on iQuasar LLC’s payroll.
