Position Overview: Water Management, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support executive leadership and contribute to both sales and administrative initiatives. This position offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, data analysis, digital marketing, and administrative support within a dynamic and collaborative office environment. Part-time Paid position; Average 15-25 hours per week in-person during normal business hours.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist with water consumption data entry and analysis.
- Provide customers with information regarding their consumption and service records.
- Support the President and Director in drafting and managing customer correspondence.
- Help improve the SEO performance of the company website.
- Assist with the Salesforce platform launch.
- Assist with Water Widget platform launch and data entry.
- Support general office operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Completion of or current enrolment in an Excel course preferred.
