The customer service representative is responsible for coordinating the resources of the company to ensure the customers jobs are handled as per there expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving and inputting customer orders (purchase orders, job instructions, etc.) into the iControl system.
  • Support internal coordination with departments including Warehouse, Data Processing, Laser, and Production to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Help track and maintain inventory records in collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • Communicate with customers to provide status updates on job progress and address any inquiries.
  • Monitor and document incoming and outgoing postage for accurate tracking.
  • Participate in scheduling production meetings and supporting production/sales capacity planning.
  • Prepare job jackets for billing and assist in administrative support tasks.
  • Ensure that Quality Assurance checks are completed and properly recorded.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to gain exposure to different business functions.

Internship Requirement/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily an office-based role, working on a computer for most of the shift.
  • May occasionally visit different departments and spend some time on their feet.
  • Some lifting of packages up to 15 pounds may be required.
