Intern Job Responsibilities:
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including brand, customer needs, and business goals.
- Rotates through different areas of responsibility, providing ideas for business growth and improvement.
- Works on designated projects related to digital marketing and customer service, conducting research and presenting solutions.
- Engages with customers via email, chat, and social media to provide support and enhance client relationships.
- Assists in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including content creation, social media management, and email campaigns.
- Provides suggestions to management for improving customer service processes and efficiency.
- Learns and becomes proficient in internal software and CRM systems.
- Assists in tracking marketing performance and preparing reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Successful progress in a college degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
- Prior experience in digital marketing, customer service, or related industry is a plus
