Description: The Social Media Coordinator will be an extension of our Marketing and Sales team. The Social Media Coordinator will work alongside our Marketing Director to brainstorm, create, and publish content across a variety of channels to tell the story of Stable Craft and ultimately create awareness and drive sales. The position will manage brand communication on social & online platforms, create content and short-form videos, document and help plan events, and more. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analysis to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor social media campaigns
  • Develop unique, creative content for social media, including creating and editing video & photography content, writing captions, and identifying creative ways to tell our story while staying true to the voice, tone, and artistic style of Stable Craft Brewing.
  • Publish and schedule regular posts across a variety of social platforms
  • Develop relationships to create creative, engaging content across all facets of brewery operations and community partners/friends
  • Define and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for social media campaigns
  • Engage with customer and follower inquiries and comments across social and online platforms (IG, FB, Google, etc.)
  • Maintain online listings (Untappd, Google, etc.)
  • Stay informed and up to date on social and industry trends and best practices
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and documenting brewery events, attending as needed outside of typical working hours
  • Assist in other marketing-related duties when necessary.

Internship Requirement/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing multiple social media platforms as a social media coordinator or a similar role.
  • Experience with planning and shooting photo and video content optimized for social media
  • Experience with design and photo/video editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut)
  • Design and typography skills
  • Communication and writing skills
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms
  • Experience with paid social advertising preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in the beer industry is a very strong plus
  • Light experience with CMS based website management is a plus
  • Ability to be quick on your toes to identify a “social worthy” opportunity
  • Organized self-starter with multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
